Deane J. Mayerhofer

Deane J. Mayerhofer is Vice President, Operations, for 401(k) Advisors-Chicago.  She has spent the last 26 years in executive level leadership positions in insurance, financial services and retirement planning organizations.

During that time, she held numerous executive level positions responsible for the leadership and direction of Corporate Operations and Strategy, Board Relations, Communications & Planning, Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Services and Corporate Administration.

Working closely with corporate executives, board members, business owners and staff, her leadership has resulted in dramatic revenue growth, service, organizational and talent efficiencies.

Deane, her husband and three children reside in Sugar Grove, Illinois.
